It was tasty! The Thai folks that helped me clean it took the guts and even cooked the bile sack, the liver, and stomach. One guy took the head for soup and they even asked if the skin was any good cooked up! I think the skin and teeth were the only pieces that didnt make it on to the stove!

eating sharks might be bad karma for a water loving person. Don’t wonder if his family want to taste that guy next time and they don’t need to take something on to the stove, they like it raw…
