This portrait photo I made of Revok standing next to his finished blocks a while ago just got published in Blisss magazine. This is an illegal rooftop in Downtown LA off the 6th st bridge that Risk, Revok and Augor painted together and I had the opportunity to shoot.

Click for the scan and a little rant.

Go pick up your copy. Interview with Revok done by Rime.

As flattering as it is to have a photo run in a publication, it really fucking sucks when it is run without credit. This has happened to me multiple times with other publications, once with a clothing company where they ran a photo on a shirt and didn’t give proper credit.  This is the second time with Blisss. I like their magazine other than that though.

This isnt directed at anyone specific, but its something people run into a lot with photography, especially when photos get onto the internet. I hate watermarking, but sometimes its the only way to help prevent loss of credit. Standard issue. End of rant. Fuck.

I know that happens all the time to photographers, its like people forget how much creativity and hard work goes into each photo that is taken and they dont understand how important it is to credit the photographer and thats how photographers get allot of their business and fame that way.I feel for ya! but your work looks fantastic and everyone will know its you anyways!
